Building capacity in-house
A training program is only as good as its instructors make it.
Two ways to keep the capability rather than keep buying it: develop your own instructors through FAST, or licence the curriculum outright and run the program yourself. Communities that do both stop needing a delivery partner — which is the point.

FAST
Facilitators Advanced Skills Training
FAST is a one-week intensive for people who already know their subject and now need to teach it well — industry supervisors, managers, facilitators and trade instructors. It draws on emotional intelligence and adult-learning research rather than on presentation technique alone.
The premise is simple enough: technical expertise and the ability to transfer it are different skills, and organisations routinely promote people on the first while assuming the second. FAST closes that gap deliberately.

Where it runs
At our base in the Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, or delivered on site at your business or in your community. On-site delivery is usually the better choice for a community cohort: nobody travels, more people can take part, and the examples used are drawn from the work in front of them.

Curriculum licensing
Run the program yourself
Building a heavy equipment training curriculum from scratch is a serious undertaking — content, assessment, safety documentation, instructor materials and the systems to administer it. Licensing skips that and gives you a program that has already been delivered in the field.
Licensing suits organisations that intend to train continuously rather than once: a Nation with recurring work, a training institute adding a trade, or an employer bringing operator development in-house. Pair it with FAST and you have both the content and the instructors.

What we will not tell you
We publish no employment-outcome percentage for licensed programs. Outcomes under a licence depend on your instructors, your equipment, your local labour market and your employer relationships — not on the curriculum alone. Anyone quoting you a graduate employment rate for a program they will not be delivering is quoting you someone else's result.
